Case Study #1: Personal Injury Lawyer
Background
Industry: Legal Services: Personal injury law within a large metro area in California. Personal injury keywords are some of the most competitive SEO niches where cost-per-click (CPC) averages $200 - $950 per click (CPC is used as a barometer for SEO competition, among other variables).
Challenges: Extreme SEO competition from other law firms in the city, so ranking organically required a well-thought-out SEO plan that included content, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and more.
Goal: Capturing more organic non-paid traffic to lessen the reliance on Google Ads and Local Service Ads (related case study here on LSA cost per lead for lawyer niches). Related post here on how to build your practice with SEO.

Industry: Hospitality—The company sells wedding venue packages in a specific area of California. On average, it puts together and manages over 200 weddings per year.
Challenges: The company was heading into its busy season with a 10% drop in sales and a 6% drop in leads. Before our SEO project, the client had minimal investment in SEO. The company's website had serious speed-loading issues with oversized images and no technical SEO to speed up the page load.
Goal: To increase organic non-paid traffic of economically valuable keywords to the website and surpass last year's sales goals.
Strategy:

Case Study #4: South Beach, Miami Pizza Restaurant
Background
Industry: The company was a trendy hotel in South Beach, Miami, that opened a higher-end Brooklyn-style pizza restaurant next door to its hotel. The restaurant offered white table linens, trendy cocktails, and music.
Challenges: Before our SEO project, the client had not invested in any local SEO. The pizza restaurant had minimal exposure in Google searches and on Google Maps until we started our project.
Goal: To increase the restaurant's search presence for relevant local searches in Google Maps and Google searches.
Strategy: This was a local SEO strategy that involved both on-page technical SEO, and off-page citation work.

Case Study #5: Cooking Site
Background
Industry: Cooking recipes, tutorials, and video lessons for kids, by kids, with lots of additional content around ingredients, tools, and techniques. The space is very competitive with major brands.
Challenges: This was a brand-new domain with no history or exposure in Google. We needed to gain exposure to both high-volume keywords and long-tail keywords with lower volumes.
Goal: To gain rapid exposure in Google for hundreds of relevant cooking search phrases and monetize the traffic.
Strategy: This was a data-driven video and textual content strategy that involved topic and keyword research as well as a well-organized internal linking strategy and on-page SEO.

Case Study #6: Mobile Cannabis Sales in Southern California
Background
Industry: Mobile legal cannabis delivery in Los Angeles.
Challenges: Because of the industry, paid ad strategies are limited so the company relies heavily on organic searches. This was a small family-run business in a highly competitive niche in southern California. The company had hired a prior SEO company with no results.
Goal: To increase exposure to economically valuable local search terms to grow sales.
Strategy: This project is focused on local and traditional SEO. Part of the project involved cleaning up the site to ensure the basics of on-page SEO are solid and a data-driven local content strategy to capture traffic for queries with economic value. Also, competitors were regularly falsely reporting the company's Google Business Profile as spam, which was taken offline at a minimum every month or more, costing them thousands in lost sales each month. We implemented a legal strategy to stop competitors from harming their business.

Case Study #7: Med Spa
Background
Industry: Med Spa offers services such as laser tattoo removal, botox, wellness, and vitality, weight loss injections, esthetician services, and more.
Challenges: Prior agency was not progressing on SEO, and customer service was lacking.
Goal: To increase organic exposure for economically valuable terms in Google to complement the company's Google Ad strategy, which we were also running.
Strategy: This project focused on several core areas: a re-branding of the website that incorporated technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and focused on site speed and Google's Core Web Vitals. Then, Local SEO, and finally, a data-driven content strategy that produced more content around what prospective customers were searching for. (related post here on med spa SEO)
